Construction ramps up at Mayfair, Penrith

Urban is excited to share that construction is well underway at Mayfair, Penrith with bulk excavation nearing completion.

In the coming weeks, activity on-site will ramp up further with the installation of the first tower crane, excavation for footings, and the first concrete pour for the basement levels, marking another key milestone for the project.
