Construction reaches new milestone at Mayfair, Penrith

The project has now reached the bottom of the excavation and has begun building up from the basement levels, marking an important step in the construction process. On the western side, the basement structure is taking shape with slabs nearing completion, while excavation on the eastern side is almost finished. Our first tower crane has been successfully installed, and temporary bracing is being gradually removed as the structure strengthens.

Looking ahead, we are preparing for the installation of a second tower crane, and will continue pouring suspended slabs as the building rises above ground. Completion of the project is on track for mid-2027.
