Major construction milestones delivered at Mayfair, Penrith

We’re pleased to share continued progress at Mayfair, Penrith, with strong activity across the site over the past three months.

Groundwork is well underway at the east tower, with excavation nearing completion and key structural supports now in place. Over at the west tower, the building is starting to take shape, with the ground floor to level 2 concrete pours complete and the podium arches and precast panels now being installed.

In the coming weeks, the west tower will move into the next stage of construction, with façade elements and structural works continuing to rise. The east tower will also progress, with ground-level slabs and basement structures taking shape.

With construction moving ahead at pace, Mayfair remains on track to become Penrith’s premier residential and retail destination upon completion in the second half of 2027.
