Major construction milestones delivered at Mayfair, Penrith

Strong progress continues at Mayfair, with several key construction milestones delivered over the past three months.

On the east tower, excavation is nearing completion, with critical structural supports now in place. Meanwhile, the west tower is beginning to take shape, concrete pours from ground level to Level 2 are complete, and installation of the podium arches and precast panels is now underway.

Over the coming weeks, the west tower will move into its next phase, with façade and structural works while the east tower gains momentum as ground slabs and basement structures take shape.

With construction progressing at pace, Mayfair is firmly on track to become Penrith’s premier residential and retail destination, due for completion in the second half of 2027.
