Progress accelerates at Mayfair, Penrith

We’re pleased to share the latest progress at Mayfair, Penrith, with several key milestones achieved on site over the past 3 months.

Our second tower crane has been successfully installed, while the west ground floor concrete pour is now complete, marking a significant step forward in the construction process.

Over the coming weeks, works will focus on the installation of precast panels for the podium retail area. Bulk excavation is also nearing completion, with these works anticipated to wrap up by the end of the month.

As activity continues to build momentum across the site, Mayfair is on track to become Penrith’s premier residential precinct and retail destination upon completion in mid-2027.
